The editorial board serves as the core academic governance team of the journal. Board members are responsible for guiding journal development, optimizing academic standards, supervising manuscript quality, proposing special issue themes, promoting international academic exchanges, and facilitating the sustainable development of medicine and nursing open-access publishing.
Basic Qualifications
‑ Hold at least a master’s degree or above in medicine, nursing, public health or a related discipline, or equivalent academic qualification.
‑ Serve as Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Clinical Researcher, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, or hold an equivalent academic or clinical position in officially recognized academic, medical or research institutions worldwide.
‑ Possess stable and continuous research output within clinical medicine, nursing, or public health fields.
‑ Be familiar with international open-access publishing norms, clinical research regulations, and healthcare-related academic ethical standards.
‑ Demonstrate enthusiasm for advancing global medical and nursing knowledge sharing, and be willing to participate in long-term journal construction.
Editorial Board Responsibilities
‑ Provide professional academic suggestions for journal positioning, development direction, and disciplinary construction covering clinical medicine, nursing and public health.
‑ Participate in manuscript evaluation and academic quality supervision when invited.
‑ Recommend high-quality original manuscripts and interdisciplinary medical, nursing and public health research topics.
‑ Propose and organize special issue themes to enrich journal academic diversity across clinical practice, nursing science, public health and medical humanities.
‑ Promote the academic influence and international dissemination of AIJMNR within your academic and clinical professional network.
